Since 1985 our parent company, ProCAT Audio Video Productions, has been honored to provide the entertainment for hundreds of proms throughout the southeast.

This has given us a unique perspective on the time and effort you spend making prom night the most special night of the year.

Throughout the years, we’ve heard stories of burned fingers from hot glue guns, stress headaches over deadlines, and last minute fixes that often only made it through the night with duct tape and silent prayers.

(Let’s not forget the cardboard decorations so confusing even a mechanical engineer would pull their hair out!)

Recognizing your years of sweat, effort, trials and tribulations, we at Theme Crafters are offering our talents to help you find a better way to create your ideal prom.

We have assembled a team of artists with years of experience in architecture, construction, lighting, artistic, and interior design.

Together, we looked through typical “prom catalogs” along with video footage of the many proms we had taken part in, making note of the obvious problems associated with “do-it-yourself” proms.

Our goal then became to design durable, modular sets and supply the accessories you would need to have a memorable and beautiful prom. To meet this goal, we:

• Designed large scale pieces to be broken down into simple, smaller pieces
• Built interchangeable pieces for more decorating choices
• Created sets that are reusable (no more dumpsters full of waste after prom night!)
• Provide unique themes, yet offer competitive pricing
• Use durable materials, so your decorations look just like our photos
• Finally, we deliver it to your event location and assist your students in proper set up

Our team spent hundreds of hours designing and building many ideas. Some of our ideas worked and some of them did not. This website is a culmination of all the right things our team of experts came up with.
